Slogan Tees Don’t Have To Look Shitty.

I don’t know. This post was supposed to be up weeeekkkksss ago but WordPress has been doing my absolute swede in. I felt like it would be best to leave it until a time when I didn’t feel like smashing the screen in with a brick.

UPDATE: It turned out to be me that was causing the issue. Who knew? Anyway folks, here’s take 979984658929.

This is the thing, I am really beginning to dig a good slogan/printed tee. My view of them being tacky, disposable and I have to say, A little bit cheap looking, has completely gone out of the window.

I have come to realise that it is all about finding the right one. When it comes to a slogan/printed tee, fast fashion can be a difficult place to find a good quality t-shirt that lasts. That’s not to say that it’s impossible. You just have to keep an eye out for high quality.

I decided to put together a few outfits to show you how I would style a good ol’ slogan tee and hopefully showcase some of the styles of t-shirt that I would personally be drawn to.

My New Found Love For The Slogan Tee.

Out of all the outfits I have put together, this one is the most “Me”. Largely because of the fact that it is simple, comfortable and just all-round easy going.

I need to take a moment to discuss these fur loafers as well. I actually teased my sister for liking them when they first came out but I’ll tell you what, more fool me because I absolutely adore them now. I think that I just needed time to let them grow on me and I’m so glad that they have.

A.P.C as a brand are great. They are quite pricey but definitely worth the investment if you want clothing that will last you a fair while. If not there are definitely great grey slogan tees out there on the market that are a bit more affordable.

The trousers pretty much some up my life. Lightweight, cosy and a good old elasticated waist band. It doesn’t get any comfier than that surely?

If you follow me on Insta then you will know how much wear I get out of my gazelle’s. I even refer to them as my “sole mates”. They go with pretty much everything in my wardrobe.

I personally felt that this particular tee worked really well with a pink trouser. They just seem to go together like croissants and coffee. Perfect for spring.

I have been waiting for someone to tell me that I’m featuring tapered trousers too much but they just make outfits look really put together. Especially because I am a massive lover of smartening up loungewear. They make for a pretty good option.

Personally, I don’t wear too much colour so seeing as this tee is quite bright, I kept everything else rather simple. This is definitely something I’d wear on a day when I want to inject a bit of colour into my outfit.

This slogan sums it up for me. Keep. It. Simple. I really love the pink of this t-shirt as well.

Again, I am featuring another pair of Adidas Gazelles because you just cannot go wrong.

Last but not least, this little grey beauty. “Toute La Nuit” is French for “All Night Long” I believe (Cheers Google for that)

Yes my friends. I am featuring another pink trouser but they just work well with so much and in my defence these ones are pale pink.

Can we all take a moment to discuss these Superga espadrilles too? I have never owned a platform trainer but there is something about these that I quite like. Let me know what you think of them.

When the weather starts to heat up, T-shirts are all that I want to live in. So, if you’re anything like me, I hope that you got a few ideas.

Happy Tuesday!
